基于完备序列和正交序列集，研究了零相关区序列集的构造方法。借助有限域上构造方法的思想，实现了最佳零相关区序列集的构造，且通过改变集合O和集合R，生成多个移位不等价零相关区序列集，扩展了序列集的数量。所提构造方法在满足
