为了解决复杂的容限网络中计算频度、可用度、持久度参数是非常困难的情况

文章通过列举出所有可行网络拓扑的方法来计算出给定各边容量的网络的这些参数。这种方法既可获得这些参数的表达式

也可计算出其精确值。
