摘要
针对WiMAX OFDMA上行链路的周期测距
提出了2种适用于多用户的载波频偏估计方法
分别采用PN码的时域及频域相关特性提取期望测距用户
并给出了多用户情况下CFO估计的理论结果。仿真实验证明
基于频域相关的方法更适合于在一个测距时隙内存在多个测距用户的情况
并且不易受定时偏差估计误差的影响。
Abstract
Under WiMAX OFDMA framework
two carrier-frequency offset (CFO) estimation methods for multiuser case were proposed for periodic ranging process. The theoretical results of the two methods were derived in the case of multiuser
in which the time-domain and frequency-domain correlation properties of PN code are used for extracting the desired ranging user respectively. Simulation results show that the proposed frequency-domain correlation method performs better than the time-domain correlation method even in the case of multiple users simultaneously existing in one ranging time-slot. And it more robust to timing offsets result from the symbol timing offset (STO) estimation error.
