本文提出了一个新的运动补偿帧间内插算法，将运动估值与图像分割有机地结合了起来，从而改进了图像质量。

Abstract

in this paper

a new algorithm for motion-compensated inter-frame interpolation is proposed. The motion estimation is combined with the image segmentation on their inherent relation

so that the quality of reconstructed is improved.
