摘要

本文提出了在极坐标系中建立波带图数学模型的原理和方法。提出的新型波带图含各种空间频率成分，以不同速度真实转动；参数与图像的时、空间特性有定量关系，并对像素形状做了预校正；数据磁带格式符合国际交换标准。实验表明，该波带图适于评价ＨＤＴＶ系统。

Abstract

This paper presents the principle and method of setting up a mathematical model of rotational sweep rotating zone plate in polar coordinate system. The new zone plate developed contains all spatial fraquencies

and can truly rotate at different speeds.There is quantitative relationship between the zone plate parameters and the time-space characteristics of the image

and the precorrection on the pixel shape is also provided. The data of the zone plate are stored in magnetic tape conforming international exchange standard.Experiments show that the new zone plate can be used to evaluate HDTV system.
