摘要

智能天线在第三代移动通信系统中具有广阔的应用前景

它通过空域滤波能够有效的提高移动通信系统的容量

克服共信道干扰等问题。由于第三代移动通信的基站系统普遍采用的是圆形阵列的接收天线

所以本文从实际需要出发

给出了基于ESPRIT的DOA估计和波束赋形算法并根据该算法在衰落信道模型中的性能仿真结果对其进行了详细的分析。1

Abstract

As one of the key technology in the third generation mobile communication

the smart antenna can effectively increase the capacity and reduce the co-channel interference. Since the circular arrays are commonly used in TD-SCDMA system

this paper studies a DOA estimation method by using an advanced ESPRIT algorithm

which is applicable to circular ring arrays

and the corresponding beamforming algorithm. At the last of the paper

we pay attention to the performance of aforementioned algorithm and analysis it from different aspects according to the simulation results in uplink fading channel mode.
