Abstract
Performances of different TCP implementations deployed in OBSN under dynamic competing traffic were compared.The elapsed time taken to transfer a fix-sized file was selected as the metric.In addition
the internal mechanisms of burst drops and cause for performance differences were in detail investigated.It is shown that TCP SACK performs best.
