摘要
本文从理论分析和X频段的微波模拟实验出发
探讨了光的偏振对集成光路衰耗的影响;并提出:若适当选择光路的工作模式
可在不改变波导的几何结构和电气剖面的情况下
取得较小的损耗
使集成光路具有较好的性能。
Abstract
Starting from theoretical analysis and analogue experiments on the microwave X-band
we have investigated in this paper the influence of light polarization on the attenuation of an integrated optical channel
and proposed that by proper choosing the mode of optical channel
it is possible to attain smaller attenuation and better characteristics without change of geometrical configuration and electrical profile of the waveguide.
